An illustrated talk by Neil Garside, a Marlow boatbuilder, on the history of boatbuilding on the upper Thames, in peace and war, from the mid 19th century to the present day, which will include restoration work on the steamers "Alaska" and "Streatley".
Refreshments will be available after the lecture
