Marlow Society Groups

The Marlow Society has a selection of Groups, each covering specific areas of interest:

 

Local History Group.

We are members of The Marlow Society who are interested in the history of Marlow, its surroundings, its buildings, its people and events which have taken place locally in both the recent and the distant past.

River Thames Group.

Our primary objective is "to protect and enhance the natural and built heritage of our riverside environment". Our River Thames Group includes representatives of the River Thames Society and Chiltern Society.

Walks Group.

The Walks Group has 8 enthusiastic members, who organise a series of guided walks around Marlow throughout the summer months. Even if you have lived in Marlow for many years you will see things you have never seen and learn history that you never knew when you join one of the walks.
